In fact, Tim has several of the highest jury verdicts in the history of Stephenson County, IL and has one of the highest personal injury settlements in the history of Northwest Illinois.

Statewide and nationally, Tim has been a long-time professional member of the Illinois State and American Bar Associations, as well as the American Association for Justice. Locally, he has been the chairperson for the Stephenson County Merit Commission from 1995 to present. He was the President of the Stephenson County Bar Association from 2002 to 2008.

Tim has received a rating from Martindale-Hubbell that indicates his peers consider him to have a high to very high legal ability, as well as an exemplary reputation and the highest level of integrity.

Tim has been the recipient of the Freeport Journal Standard’s “Best in the Region” Reader’s Choice Award. He was voted one of the top three attorneys in the region, from the conception of the poll in 1999 all the way to the present. He has now been voted best attorney in the region nine years in a row.
